Rider Knowledge!
We feel that it is just as important that the Rider receive proper education as well as the horse, since many horse issues often stem from rider issues! Many times, we may develop bad habits when riding that have direct ill effects on our horses temperament and ability to perform under saddle. Riding Lessons with a qualified instructor can help to identify the rider problem so that correction can begin. Developing a posture that helps the horse to balance and not impede, aids that aren't restricting freedom of movement, and techniques and exercises to challenge muscle memory are some of the many steps to take back your partnership with your horse!
